Drivers
Minimum Driver’s age is 23 years for car groups A - B - C and 25 years for all other car groups. All renters must hold a valid Driving License, issued at least one year before the rental.
Fuel Policy
The cost of fuel is paid by the renter. Your vehicle will be delivered with a certain amount of fuel and you will have to return it with the same amount.
Reservations of cars.
Reservations are by group and no by maker.
Cancelation Policy
When payment is with credit card a 20% deposit is required. The amount will be charged on your credit card.The rest of amount will be paid when you collect the car.
Cancellation policy: For any cancelation made 7 days before the due pick up date there is no cancellation fee and the deposit is been returned at total. For cancellations made within 7 days to 48 hours from the due pick up date there is a cancellation fee equal to the half amount of the deposit. For cancellation made within 48 hours from the due pick up date the deposit amount cannot be returned.

The full insurance ceases when:
The driver is under the influence of alcohol and/or other substances (drugs, hallucinogenic, etc.)
The renter creates a deliberate damage to the car (vandalism, etc.)
The driver is not included in the rental agreement
The rental agreement has expired and the car has not been returned
The car has been driven off the public roads, such as unpaved roads, beaches, driving with a flat tire, off road use except 4wheel drive vehicles

All traffic offences are paid by the lessee.
For after hour delivery (23:00-07:00) there is 25€ extra charge.
Payment Methods
Payment may be made by using a Credit or Debit Card, a transfer to our Company’s bank account or cash upon receipt of the vehicle at the desired location. Europlan is not obliged to return money if the vehicle is returned earlier than the scheduled date.
